Las was a pleasure to work with throughout the apartment hunting process. More so than simply making a deal for the sake of making a deal, he genuinely cared about finding the best place for me. We toured several apartments, and I felt completely in control and able to voice my feedback the entire time. He was also very organized and responsive in the days following our tour.
On top of it all, he is one very kindest people I have met in the city, making for an especially enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend Las to anyone looking for a place in NYC.

Working with Las Morrison was a great choice! My fiancé and I were in the process of moving from the west coast and only had two weekends to find an apartment in NYC. While I assumed it would take both weekends to find a place, Las was determined to do it in just one weekend while keeping to our apartment preferences and boy, did he deliver!!
We were able to see many (about 7 or so) apartments and found our dream apartment in just two days. The application process was also very smooth and easy thanks to Las.

Coming from across the county, finding an apartment in New York was a daunting task. After corresponding with Las via email before moving, we felt reassured that we would be able to find something quickly after arriving in New York.
